The Rzeszów University of Technology is carrying out a project entitled “Participation in the Mars Rover Competition,” which has received funding in the amount of PLN 330,300.00 as part of the non-competitive project titled “Support for Students in Enhancing Their Competencies and Skills,” implemented by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

🚀 Aviation and Space – a Smart Specialisation of the Podkarpackie Region ✈️🛰️
The Regional Innovation Strategy of the Podkarpackie Region identifies the areas with the greatest development potential. One of them is aviation and space technologies. The Podkarpackie Region is a national leader in the aerospace sector. Thanks to long-standing traditions, the presence of global companies such as Pratt & Whitney, Safran and MTU, and strong cooperation between science and industry, the region has gained the status of a centre for innovation and advanced technologies. This specialisation includes the production of aircraft engines, rocket components, drones and the development of space technologies. Dual-use solutions and environmentally friendly technologies, aligned with the goals of the European Green Deal, are also becoming increasingly important.
